A private funeral service will take place on Thursday 1st July 2021. 

Because of the wonderful care Keith received during his time with them, the family would ask that in lieu of flowers you consider making a donation towards the work of The Cancer Centre, Bexley Wing at St. James' Hospital, Leeds.
